User Registration Agreement
1.General Rules
1.1 The ownership and operation rights of this website (www.meide-casting.com) are owned by Meide Group Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Meide Group in this agreement).
1.2 Users should read this agreement in details before registering and agree to abide by this agreement before becoming a registered user. Successful registration represents users’ agree to this agreement. The registered user and Meide Group automatically form an agreement relationship, and the registered user shall be bound by this agreement.
1.3 This agreement can be updated by Meide Group at any time. Registered users shall pay attention to and agree each update in time, and this website does not have the obligation of notification. Notices, announcements, statements or other similar content of this website are part of this agreement.
2. Services
2.1 The specific content of the website is provided by Meide Group.
2.2 This website only provides relevant website content. Network service related equipment (such as personal computers, mobile phones and other devices connected to the Internet or mobile networks) and fees (such as telephone and internet fees paid for connecting to the internet, mobile phone charges for using mobile nerwork) shall be borne by users.
3. User Account
3.1 The user who completes the registration process through the registration system of this website and agrees to the registration agreement becomes an official user. For relevant product information and resource center columns, there is need to contact Meide Group to submit a download application. Only approved application can be browsed and downloaded. Meide Group has the right to change the membership authority of the member.
3.2 Users need to ensure the authenticity of the information used in the registered account. The user is obliged to keep the password and account secure. Any loss or damage to the user caused by the user's utilize of the password and the account is borne by users and Meide Group assumes no responsibility. Users shall bear responsibility for damage on Meide Group. If the user finds that the account has been used in an unauthorized manner or has any other security problems, he/she should immediately change the account password and keep it in secure. If necessary, Meide Group shall also be noted.
4. Account Usage Rules
4.1 Usage of the user account shall comply with relevant laws and regulations in People’s Republic of China, including but not limited to computer Internet regulations such as “People's Republic of China Computer Information System Security Protection Regulations”, “Computer Software Protection Ordinance”, “Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Computer Network Copyright Disputes (Law [2004] No. 1)”, “Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Maintaining Internet Security”, “Internet Electronic Bulletin Service Management Regulations”, “Internet News Information Service Management Regulations”, “Internet Copyright Administrative Protection Measures”, “Information Network Communication Rights Protection Regulations”, and laws, regulations and measures on Intellectual property.
4.2 Permitted information of this website is limited to users only. All rights are reserved to Meide Group for the content of this website. Nobody shall use it without authority (including but not limited to reprinting, printing, misappropriation, etc.). Meide Group retains all legal rights.
