Muti-jet Mechanical Water Meter

The LXS series rotary-wing water meter is a multi-jet, semi-liquid-sealed mechanical water meter independently developed by our company in accordance with national standards. It is used to measure the water flow through pipelines. This product operates by utilizing water flow to drive internal mechanical gears, causing the pointer to rotate on the dial to record the water volume, serving as an essential basis for water resource management and billing.

Customer Challenges:

1. Strong Adaptability:

The multi-jet water meter can accommodate a wide range of flow velocities in different measurement environments and meet various flow measurement requirements, making it highly effective across diverse application scenarios.

2. Long Lifespan:

As water enters the movement through multiple inlets in a multi-jet water meter, wear on the mechanism is significantly reduced. Compared to single-jet water meters, this results in a longer service life.

Product Features

1. The primary function of a multi-jet water meter is to accurately measure and record the water volume passing through the meter while minimizing measurement errors and wear.

2. Through its unique design, the multi-jet water meter divides the water flow into multiple streams as it passes through. These streams enter from all sides of the impeller chamber, collectively driving the impeller to rotate. The rotation of the impeller is accumulated by the counting mechanism, precisely recording and displaying the water volume passing through the meter. This design not only enhances measurement accuracy but also reduces wear on the impeller’s support components caused by water impact, thereby extending the meter’s lifespan.

3. Multi-jet water meters (such as rotary-wing multi-jet water meters) utilize the distribution function of the impeller chamber to balance the axial impact force of the water flow on the impeller. This further reduces the impact of installation conditions and scaling on measurement accuracy, making the overall performance significantly superior to that of single-jet water meters.

Application Scenarios of Mechanical Water Meters:

① In residential buildings, water meters are used to record household water consumption, providing a basis for water billing.

② In commercial buildings, water meters are used to measure water usage for each business, ensuring fair billing.

③ In industrial buildings, water meters are used to monitor and control water consumption during production processes, improving water resource utilization efficiency.

Value advantage
  • No Power Supply Required
    No Power Supply Required
Mechanical water meters rely entirely on water flow to drive mechanical components for measurement, eliminating the need for an external power source or battery, thereby reducing operational costs.
  • Long Service Life
    Long Service Life
Mechanical water meters typically have a long lifespan, meeting the requirements for long-term use.
  • Low Cost
    Low Cost
Mechanical water meters are relatively inexpensive, making them suitable for large-scale deployment, especially in cost-sensitive scenarios.
  • Simple Structure, Reliable Operation
    Simple Structure, Reliable Operation
Mechanical water meters use a purely mechanical structure for measurement, without complex electronic components, ensuring stable and reliable operation with a low failure rate.
  • Accurate Measurement
    Accurate Measurement
Under normal operating conditions, mechanical water meters provide relatively accurate water consumption measurement.
