Product description
The LXSK-type large-diameter IC card intelligent water meter is a large-diameter prepaid intelligent water meter. The large-diameter water meter is composed of a controller, a signaling water meter base meter and an electric valve.
Customer challenge
Risk of Outstanding Payments
Traditional water meters use a postpaid system, which can lead to outstanding payments by users, increasing the cost and difficulty for water departments to recover the owed amount and affecting cash flow.
Billing Method
Traditional water meters require manual reading, which introduces human error and inconvenience. They also cannot support various billing management methods such as tiered water pricing, minimum consumption charges, or free water allowances.
Security
Traditional water meters are relatively simple and can be easily tampered with or bypassed, leading to issues such as incorrect readings and data manipulation.
Pricing Method
Traditional water meters cannot implement flexible pricing or automatically calculate water usage and charges, which affects the management of water utilities.
Product function
Battery Low Voltage Monitoring
Prepaid Function
Display Query Function
Accumulation Limitation Function
Data Transfer Function
Regular Smart Self-Check
(Water Volume Version) Supports One Card Multi-Meter Function
Power Loss Valve Shutoff Function
Anti-Magnetic Attack
Check the battery level regularly. When the battery is low, the valve automatically closes, and an alarm is displayed on the screen.
Pay for water before use, and the valve automatically shuts off when the water runs out. When the remaining water is insufficient, the meter closes the valve, and users can use up the remaining water by swiping the card after recharging.
Users can check the current purchase volume, remaining volume, accumulated usage, and status alerts for issues such as alarms, valve on/off, and low voltage at any time.
A maximum purchase limit can be set in the user's meter to prevent water hoarding.
Use a tool card to transfer relevant information from the old meter to the new one.
Automatically open and close the valve regularly to prevent scale buildup from blocking the valve.
Supports using one card for multiple meters, and can integrate with other meters such as electricity, heating, and gas meters.
When the battery is removed, the water meter automatically closes the valve (optional).
Detects magnetic interference and automatically shuts off the valve to stop water supply. Only authorized personnel can reset the valve.
Value advantage
  • Metering and Billing
    Metering and Billing
The IC card smart water meter uses advanced sensing and microelectronics technologies to measure water consumption with high precision, significantly reducing metering errors. Additionally, it utilizes a high-performance MCU main control chip for efficient data transmission and precise calculations, ensuring the accuracy of water fee calculations.
  • Material and Installation
    Material and Installation
The water meter is made from specially designed materials that are durable and impact-resistant, helping to prevent water leakage. Its interface dimensions are consistent with those of mechanical water meters, making installation easier and eliminating the need for pipeline reconfiguration, thus reducing installation costs.
  • Prepaid Mode
    Prepaid Mode
This water meter supports the "pay first, use water later" model and can automatically deduct fees based on water usage, improving the efficiency of billing and payment. Users simply insert the IC card into the meter to easily complete data reading and transmission, making water fee payments more convenient and avoiding the complexities and inconveniences of traditional meter reading methods.
  • Water Pricing Version Settings
    Water Pricing Version Settings
This water meter (water pricing version) can automatically calculate and display tiered water pricing based on the user's actual water usage, promoting water conservation awareness and encouraging water-saving habits. It supports up to 2 tiers and 3 price points, meeting the upgrading needs of modern urban water supply management systems and providing strong support for the modernization of water supply industry management.
