Vehicle entry identification

When the vehicle drives onto the weighbridge, the system collects weight data in real time and records the data after ensuring the weighing is stable.
Data matching and verification

The system automatically compares the tare weight (empty vehicle weight) or gross weight, and verifies historical data to prevent repeated weighing or abnormal weights.
Vehicle departure

The barrier gate automatically lifts to let the vehicle pass, thus completing one weighing process
Data upload and synchronization

The weighing results are uploaded to the cloud or the enterprise system in real time, and statistical reports are generated.
Self-service operation and confirmation

The driver confirms the weight information through the terminal screen and prints out the documents.

2. Weight comparison can be achieved through the rules set to achieve double-pound verification, set the weight comparison tolerance value automatically generate a large difference in the alarm record, and can query the weight comparison report
3. Measurement process traceability through the measurement curve, photos, data, video and other information to achieve traceability of the measurement process
