IC Card Water Meter
Users can recharge their IC cards using WeChat Pay at self-service terminals. They can also go to the recharge hall where staff can recharge the cards using computers and terminals, with the management system's database stored on a cloud server. The IC card water meter solution has advantages such as intelligence, high security, convenient payment, and water usage monitoring, which can improve water utility management efficiency, optimize user experience, and help save water resources and prevent arrears.

Wired Remote Transmission Water Meter
Wired remote transmission water meters connect to data concentrators via MBUS lines. The concentrators transmit meter reading information to the cloud server through NB-IoT/4G signals. Management units can view and analyze user data through networked clients and perform operations such as account recharging and management. This solution enables remote meter reading, remote control, and online recharging. The water meter automatically reports user water usage data daily, avoiding errors in manual meter reading. It implements a “pay first, use later” model with automatic arrears notifications, valve closure for unpaid bills, and automatic valve opening after payment. It supports online recharging, with SMS and WeChat reminders for low balances and valve closure, and mobile bill inquiries to protect users' right to know about their water usage.

The system consists of IoT water meters and meter reading system software. The NB-IoT/4G IoT module inside the meter communicates directly with the cloud server through the operator's base station, enabling wireless meter reading and remote control of user water usage. This solution eliminates the need for on-site wiring and data collectors, simplifying connectivity and reducing maintenance and costs. It offers advantages such as remote monitoring, intelligent metering, anomaly detection, data analysis, resource cost savings, and personalized services, enhancing water utility management efficiency and user experience while promoting sustainable water management and development.
