Product description
For sizes below DN300, high-pressure molding and resin sand core casting are employed, while sizes above DN300 are produced using lost foam vacuum casting. The advanced wire feeding nodularization process, combined with rational and advanced production techniques, ensures excellent surface quality, high dimensional accuracy, and superior overall mechanical performance.

The interior walls are coated with anti-corrosion materials such as cement mortar, while the exterior walls are protected by zinc spraying and additional anti-corrosion coatings (e.g., zinc spraying + asphalt paint coating, epoxy coal tar coating, etc.).
